Welcome to BrokerConnect. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BrokerConnect's mobile application, website, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.BrokerConnect provides a networking platform that connects real estate brokers and professionals to share listings, property opportunities, and client needs. The Platform is designed exclusively for licensed real estate professionals.

To use BrokerConnect, you must:

Hold a valid real estate license or be a registered real estate professional in your jurisdiction
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. BrokerConnect reserves the right to verify your professional credentials and may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.
To use BrokerConnect, you must:

Account responsibilities
Account Creation: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify BrokerConnect of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Professional Conduct: As a platform for licensed professionals, you agree to maintain the standards of conduct required by your professional licensing body and applicable real estate regulations.
Accurate Information: You must ensure all listing information, contact details, and professional credentials you provide are accurate and up to date.
Account Creation: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify BrokerConnect of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Professional Conduct: As a platform for licensed professionals, you agree to maintain the standards of conduct required by your professional licensing body and applicable real estate regulations.
Accurate Information: You must ensure all listing information, contact details, and professional credentials you provide are accurate and up to date.
Acceptable use
You agree to use BrokerConnect only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or information
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or real estate licensing requirements
Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your professional credentials
Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against other users
Spam, solicit, or advertise unrelated services or products
Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools to access the Platform without permission
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality or security
Upload content containing viruses, malware, or harmful code
Violate fair housing laws or engage in discriminatory practices
Share confidential information without proper authorization
BrokerConnect reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
You agree to use BrokerConnect only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

Intellectual property
Platform Ownership: All content, features, functionality, and intellectual property on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design, are owned by BrokerConnect or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content: You retain ownership of any content you post on the Platform ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant BrokerConnect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Platform without BrokerConnect's express written permission.
Platform Ownership: All content, features, functionality, and intellectual property on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design, are owned by BrokerConnect or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Platform Provided "As Is": BrokerConnect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
No Guarantee of Accuracy: BrokerConnect does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or legality of listings or information posted by users. You are solely responsible for verifying all information before entering into any transaction.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrokerConnect, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
Maximum Liability: In no event shall BrokerConnect's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to BrokerConnect in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
User Interactions: BrokerConnect is not responsible for disputes, transactions, or interactions between users. You agree to exercise due diligence and caution in all professional dealings through the Platform.

Failure to maintain professional licensing requirements
Non-payment of subscription fees

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting BrokerConnect support or through your account settings.
Termination by BrokerConnect: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Violation of these Terms

Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform.
BrokerConnect reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:
